Meeting Registration
Early registration rates end August 21. We encourage attendees to register early, as space is limited.
Registration Rates:
AgBizKC Members*: $200 ($270 after August 21)
Non-Members: $235 ($305 after August 21)
Virtual Attendees: $145 ($215 after August 21)
*To qualify for the AgBizKC member rate, registrants must be current members of the Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City.
Space is limited. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment by credit card or check.

Hotel Accommodations
A limited block of rooms has been reserved for Ag Outlook Forum attendees at the Kansas City Downtown Marriott at a special discounted rate of $227 per night.
To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by Monday, August 31, 2026. After this date, rooms and rates will be available on a space-available basis.
Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or accompanied by a first-night room deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by September 11 to receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued after September 11.
Substitutions are permitted; however, any applicable registration rate differences (including member/non-member or early/late rates) will apply.
Parking
Discounted parking will be available in the Marriott garage. Detailed parking instructions will be provided to registered attendees prior to the event.
Special Requests
If you have questions regarding accessibility, would like to request a disability-related accommodation, or have special dietary needs, please contact us at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
Virtual Attendee Information
Log-in credentials for virtual attendees will be emailed approximately one week prior to the event.
Event Recording
A recording of the Ag Outlook Forum will be made available to all registered attendees approximately one week following the event.
Registration Transfers
In-Person to Virtual: Registrations may be transferred from in-person to virtual attendance at no penalty. If notice is received before September 11, the difference between the in-person and virtual registration rates will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after September 11.
Virtual to In-Person: Registrations may be transferred from virtual to in-person attendance at any time, pending space availability. Attendees will be responsible for the difference between the virtual registration rate paid and the current in-person registration rate.
